NetSuite Technical Administrator
About the role
Our client, a high-growth firm (scaled from 5 to 25 employees), recently transitioned from QuickBooks to NetSuite (Distribution setup). We need an agile Technical Administrator to move faster than standard support—turning "sketches" into real-time operational workflows and ensuring system integrity during continued scaling. Primary Missions & Responsibilities ● Technical Customization: Take ownership of Advanced PDF/HTML templates and forms; execute changes in-house to bypass multi-week support delays. ● Legacy Migration: Evaluate and lead the migration of septic service contracts from a legacy DOS-based system (Sesame) into NetSuite. ● Operational Automation: Optimize manufacturing workflows and refine permissions/roles for robust checks and balances. ● Real-Time Visibility: Enhance NetSuite dashboards and saved searches to provide live inventory and manufacturing analytics. ● System Integration: Manage M365 (Outlook/OneDrive) integrations and internal tools (e.g., vacation trackers). Technical Requirements & Qualifications ● NetSuite Admin Mastery: Deep experience with Distribution and Manufacturing modules and SuiteScript. ● Frontend/Web Proficiency: Skilled in Advanced PDF/HTML and form customization. ● ERP & Accounting Logic: Strong grasp of inventory posting, bookkeeping principles, and data integrity. ● Problem Solver: Ability to translate business goals and sketches into functional, automated NetSuite solutions. ● English Proficiency: Candidates should range from B1 (Intermediate) to C1 (Professional).
